The Palm Boston invites guests to an exquisite bourbon pairing dinner in partnership with Garrison Brothers Distillery on Thursday, February 27 at 6:00 p.m.


Throughout the evening, Executive Chef Ashley Rokjer and Garrison Brothers’ Master Distiller Donnis Todd will guide guests through a multicourse feast of dishes specially crafted to pair with award-winning spirits including the coveted Cowboy Bourbon. Additionally, Donnis will share the story behind Garrison Brothers Distillery’s journey to becoming the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas.
