We're changing it up just enough this year. Our Thanksgiving side dishes include all the familiar players: sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, stuffing and holiday rolls, but we've given them each a new lease on life. Miso adds depth to our sweet potato casserole and pairs well with the layers of shiitake mushrooms in our stuffing. Lemongrass and ginger add a punch of personality to charred Brussels, and our pumpkin seed rolls have dimension where the traditional Parker House roll can fall flat.
