Join Boston Ayurveda School’s Kate O’Donnell and Kim Valeri Povey to celebrate the launch of Kate’s new book The Everyday Ayurveda Guide to Self-Care and learn about the school’s upcoming Ayurvedic Health Counselor training which begins in October. If you're interested in incorporating Ayurveda into your personal and/or professional life, this event is a wonderful opportunity to get to Boston Ayurveda School faculty members and learn how you can further your knowledge of Ayurveda.
In this latest book in her best-selling series, Kate O’Donnell offers readers a comprehensive wellness plan based on ancient Ayurvedic wisdom. This detailed guide outlines every step of foundational Ayurvedic practices that can be easily integrated into a reader’s self-care routine to uplift physical health and state of mind. To kick off the celebration, Kate will demonstrate how to make her signature Cukamint Mocktail (see ingredients below). Registrants will be given access to a special promo code to purchase the book for 25% off and get free shipping.
