Boston’s Best Health Club + Boston’s Best Day Spa have partnered together again to bring you the second fall series of detoxifying FLOW at G2O, hosting two 60-minute classes every Wednesday evening.
Beginning Wednesday, September 11th, join EverybodyFights Trainer Laura Mucci for an energetic FLOW Yoga Class inside the state-of-the-art Himalayan Salt Cave at G2O Spa + Salon, every Wednesday from 6:00PM-7:00PM, and again from 7:15PM-8:15PM, for five weeks throughout the fall season. As part of the EverybodyFights 5-part class series based on a real boxer’s training camp, this small group 60-minute class is suitable for every skill level, focusing on yoga, stretching, mindfulness, deep breathing and meditation designed to help link your breath through movement and ultimately recover and restore in the only custom-built Himalayan Salt Cave in Boston.
Guests are invited to bring their yoga mat, water bottle, and athletic apparel for an hour of rejuvenation and relaxation, all while experiencing the benefits of breathing in the cave’s salt air and negative ions, known to not only help increase mood and energy, but also cleanse and detoxify your respiratory system. The natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of the salt help reduce stress, provide relief for sinus and respiratory ailments such as allergies or colds and may help improve skin conditions.
Classes are $50 per person, which includes an hour of FLOW along with access to G2O’s locker rooms, showers, steam and sauna. Space is extremely limited with only 9 spots available per class, which sell out fast, so be sure to reserve your ticket here: https://bit.ly/2kr4QL0
**NOTE: Yoga mat, water and athletic apparel are required; attendees must arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time; valet parking is available across the street at Lenox Hotel for $29**
