Experience an all-levels yoga flow in our lush subtropical conservatory, a serene and welcoming space for movement, mindfulness, and connection. This inclusive class is open to all, embracing diverse identities and experiences. 


Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you prefer; we do have a limited number of mats available to borrow. As temperatures may vary, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a blanket for added comfort.
