Celebrate the New Year a day early at GEM’s Eve of the Eve party on December 30. The can’t-miss event is hosted by Kirill with music by DJ Costa. Gather a group of friends and dance the night away beginning at 10 p.m. Guests can choose from an array of champagnes, vodkas, and beer buckets, or go all-out with Gem’s Bottle Rocket Menu, featuring large-format cocktails perfect for sharing with friends. The Rozay Rocket (Red Sangria, Fresh Fruit, Dry Ice, Belaire Rose) and White Star (Grey Goose, Tropical Red Bull, Blood Orange, Dry Ice, Belaire Luxe) are sure to send guests straight into the stratosphere for a night they’ll never forget.
