Since 1987, Jorge Arce and Humano Multicultural has been dedicated to expose the Afro-Puerto Rican and Afro-Caribbean Culture through his performances projects like: Humano Musical Band ((1987-2001) Boston Music Awards 1991), Afro-Caribbean Workshop ((1987-Present time) Music-Theater and Dance), Raíz de Plena Musical Band (2011-Present time and Dance, Music and Theater Workshops and residencies throughout US and Puerto Rico. Jorge was the first Salsa Dance teacher in Boston (1985-2001). He graduated from Boston Conservatory (Musical Theater) in 1983 and received a Master Degree in Education from Harvard University in 1994. He has received numerous awards and recognitions.
