Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is back on the Esplanade this winter and features three winter walks led by Esplanade Association!
Frost Fit Winter Walks led by the Esplanade Association encourage Boston residents to be active outside during the winter months! Each walk will be led by an EA staff member. Participants can go different distances on their own time with routes to vary by week and by weather. Please dress for appropriate weather conditions.
You will receive an email a day or two before the winter walk to confirm the start location of the walk.
