Join us on July 17, 2025, for the highly anticipated Annual Summer Dock Party hosted by the Esplanade Association at Community Boating, Inc. in Boston! From 6:30 to 10:00 PM, the stunning backdrop of the Charles River at sunset and the enchanting Eliot Garden will set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Guests will indulge in delicious food and refreshing beverages while dancing to a live DJ, all alongside 300 fellow supporters of the Esplanade.
This year’s event will feature exciting door prizes, with all proceeds dedicated to revitalizing and maintaining our beloved park and providing free summer programming for the community. Don’t miss out on this social highlight of the summer—come celebrate with us and make a difference!

Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Yes! Tickets will be available for purchase night of unless the event is sold out, so we recommend purchasing prior to July 17th.
What is the price difference between Early Bird Ticket and Standard Ticket Sales?
Early Bird Tickets are available at $129.00 until the July 8, 2025. After midnight on July 8 Standard Tickets will be available at $139.00.
What does my ticket include?
Both Early Bird and Standard Tickets include an open bar, dinner, and one door prize ticket.
What is a Door Prize ticket?
Every guest receives one door prize ticket with a ticket purchase. Door prize tickets provide an opportunity to win a variety of prizes ranging from hotel stays to spa days. Additional tickets can be purchased at the event to increase your likelihood of winning a prize. More details about this year's specific door prizes are coming soon!
Is my ticket tax-deductible?
All tickets will have a $25.00 tax-deductible donation.
Directions to Community Boating Inc.
Please note there is no parking at Community Boating Inc. or on the Esplanade. The best option to get to Community Boating Inc. is to take the Red Line to Charles/MGH and walk over the Fanny Appleton Footbridge. Once you cross the bridge, Community Boating Inc. will be right there! See more about ADA access in our Know Before You Go section.
What if it rains?
This event is rain or shine. There will be tents to provide cover for guests should it rain. If the weather is considered dangerous, we will assess the necessity to cancel. Please watch for any communications via email. Ticket sales are final.
ABOUT THE ESPLANADE ASSOCIATION
The Esplanade Association is a non-profit organization that works to revitalize and enhance the Charles River Esplanade, sustain its natural green space, and build community in the park by providing educational, cultural, and recreational programs for everyone.
Working in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Esplanade Association is dedicated to improving the experiences of the millions of visitors who enjoy Boston’s iconic riverside park.
