Join us in the field and the kitchen for this unique cooking class experience!
We will begin with a visit to our farm fields with our own Chef Thi to collect a late summer bounty from whatever happens to be growing around you. You’ll then move into the kitchen to create dishes packed with late summer flavor.
This will be a harvest to remember!
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.
Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
