Beethoven studied with Haydn and Copland studied with Boulanger but what are today’s great composer-teacher lineages, and how does music develop from one generation to the next? Our 15th Anniversary Celebration "Emergence" will share three pieces by emerging composers, each paired with a work by the luminary that inspired them.


Featuring works by: Dalit Warshaw, Oliver Caplan, Jonathan Bailey Holland, Aaron Wyanski, Michael Gandolfi, and Kate Salfelder


With performances by: Julia Carey, Minjin Chung, Kelley Hollis, Wolcott Humphrey, Olga Patramanskaya, Nicholas Southwick


Come at 6:00 for a pre-concert "Composer Conversation" with Professor Karen Ruymann of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.


After the concert, stay for a complimentary meet-the-artists reception!
