This is a truly transformational guided experience utilizing an ancient and powerful breathing practice that condenses years of yoga and dance therapeutics into a one-hour experience. By tangibly working with our energy and creating an environment for a fuller expression of cellular intelligence, we expedite the removal of trauma stored in the body. What we can feel, we can heal, and as we enhance the power, depth, and integration of our breath within our bodily systems we enhance the power, depth, and integration of all aspects of our lives.
