Students will explore the various mediums with which one can craft edible art -- sugar (isomalt), gum paste, chocolate, and potato starch paper. Students will also learn about and test out various techniques, such as casting and sculpting, as well as various options for coloring edible art, which include edible luster dust, edible markers, colored cocoa butter, and edible spray paint. Instruction regarding how to preserve and display these pieces will also be provided. Instructor: Linda Khachadurian
