Ecstatic Dance is about expression through movement, dancing without worry, fears, or judgment. Each week, come out to our beautiful outdoor locations, snag a pair of silent disco headphones, and stretch, dance, and meditate as we watch the sun set over the Boston Skyline and listen to our weekly live DJ play us tunes to uplift and energize you for the week ahead.


SCHEDULE:
5:30pm - Opening Stretching / Light yoga and opening meditation
6:30pm - Ecstatic Dance
7:15pm - Closing sound healing / Sunset meditation
7:30 - End
