Cheese and wine are matches made in heaven. Add Salumi, or Italian cured meats, and you have a platter made in Paradiso! We're expanding the definition of this week's Sip and Savor to include some salumi, so you'll basically be getting a whole aperitivo hour in one fell swoop. We'll chat cheese, cured meats, and how to pair them with the two terrific wines our vino experts are bringing to the table.
Kit Contents (serves 1-2 people; for 2+ people, we recommend ordering two or more kits)
- Salumi and cheese
- Two bottles of Italian wines selected by our sommelier
Nota Bene: Sign-ups for this class will close two days before the class by noon (refunds not available after the cut-off time) and delivery is only available throughout the state of Massachusetts. Curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, and delivery of your kit are available (a team member will contact you to confirm shipping address or pick-up details).
