Pecorino, or sheep's milk cheese, is as ubiquitous in Italy as pasta, but far less known in the United States. We're here to go way beyond Romano and help you discover the pecorini that define the culinary tradition of small towns, medieval bastions, and ancient cities all over Italia. Our wine experts will be right alongside to make sure the cheeses have beautiful, consciously paired wines to back them up. Buckle up- this wild ride will be salty, savory, sheepy, and stupendously satisfying!

Nota Bene: Sign-ups for this class will close two days before the class by noon (refunds not available after the cut-off time) and delivery is only available throughout the state of Massachusetts. Curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, and delivery of your kit are available (a team member will contact you to confirm shipping address or pick-up details).
