This advanced training is designed for teachers and facilitators who want to offer breathwork with greater structure, clarity, and confidence.


DVRM (Dynamic Volitional Respiratory Modulation) is a novel, non-pharmacological breathwork technique designed to induce altered states of consciousness–similar to those experienced during psychedelic-assisted therapy. These specific protocols were rigorously tested in the world's first fMRI study of its kind.
