ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Mitch Pasha Cohen began drumming at age 12. He's played with the Boston Music Award winning group Mamadou for over 20 years and also plays devotional Kirtan music with Adam Bauer and others.


He founded OmDrum in 2015 with the calling to show people how the drum can be used as very powerful medicine and a tool for meditation and self healing.

OmDrum is a fully facilitated, instructional drumming workshop. I invite you to step inside a safe container, where it does not matter how good or bad a drummer you are, or whatever is your level of experience. It is a fully judgment-free zone.


We will learn about the Djembe drum and African rhythms.
