Join us for an online drawing workshop focused on improving our skills by looking closely at drawings we admire, asking ourselves “how did they do that?” and recreating aspects of those drawings to learn more. One thing most of us have at our fingertips during this period of social isolation is access to an enormous number of wonderful drawings on the internet. Whatever your drawing interest: portrait, landscape, still life, etc. there is plenty available to enjoy, be inspired by, and learn from.
In this interactive Zoom workshop, we’ll discuss the how and why of learning by copying; online sources for images; and have plenty of hands-on drawing time with feedback from the instructor.
Registered students will be sent a direct link to join the zoom meeting and other materials one day before the workshop.
