This two weekend in-person intensive (16 hours) is intended for any certified fitness professional or 200 hour yoga instructor.
The intention of this training is to:
Provide you with the tools to sequence and teach a 45, 60 or 75 minute Yoga Sculpt class.
Give yourself the ability to safely incorporate resistance training into your yoga classes.
Train you to merge your knowledge of resistance training into a vinyasa yoga flow.
Make yogis stronger and athletes more flexible!
