Join us in our Boston butcher shop for a hands-on DIY sausage workshop – Intermediate Level! Learn about balancing flavors in spice mixes, then choose your own and measure to create your own spice blend. We'll then guide you through the complete process of making house-made sausages: grinding pasture-raised pork, mixing with your unique spice blend, filling casings, and hand-twisting. Then take home the fruits of your labor!
