Salt is at the core of taste. To celebrate la semaine du goût we offer you to discover the Frenchiest spice! Meet Matthieu, a French independent paludier in Brittany, and Karen, the owner of Louis Sel who brings the finest French salt to the US.


You will learn the process of making salt, why Brittany salt is special, how to pair the right salt with the right ingredients and Karen will do a cooking demonstration with a salty fall recipe! It will be an interactive event, Karen and Matthieu will be pleased to answer all your questions.
