Workshop Description
Join us for a special event at Digital Silver Imaging's professional lab! This is perfect for artists preparing for CAA's upcoming online portfolio reviews, or anyone looking to create professional, printable files of their work. After your session with DSI staff you are invited to stay for a brief tour of the facility and learn more about reproduction printing and framing options.
Each artist will have 20 minutes with DSI's professional digitizing equipment and staff to capture ultra-high resolution digital files of their artwork. This is a drop-in event with no time slots—first-come, first-served throughout the day.
You can digitize approximately 20 pieces of similar depth (works on paper or flat artwork) or up to 10 pieces of varying depths and sizes (canvas, paper, panels, etc.). These numbers are estimates and will vary according to the type of art- we recommend bringing extra artwork just in case. All artwork MUST be under 28" on the longest side—no exceptions.
DSI combines technical expertise with artistic understanding to create museum-quality reproductions perfect for exhibition submissions, online portfolios and websites, giclee prints on archival paper, and professional art sales.
