Now more than ever, we are looking for ways to come together as a community to combat stress and anxiety, which is why we are so excited to announce that the Punk Rock Aerobics classes are now LIVE! Join us every Tuesday in May at 6PM on Facebook Live for a workout led by Hilken Mancini.


Started in Boston back in 2000, Punk Rock Aerobics is the original DIY workout that rocks out — combining original punk dance moves with aerobic exercise — designed to strengthen and entertain! We won’t let this virus stop us from celebrating their 20th year of limiting notions of beauty, fitness, and ability, and we can’t wait for you to join us!


Don’t miss this empowering, inclusive and fun workout where you can laugh your ass off. Infused with the humor, attitude, and aesthetics that are integral to the identity of punk and DIY, PRA promises NO mirrors and NO obnoxious gym music. Everybody is welcome!


The suggested donation for each class is $12 however you are welcome to donate as much as you feel comfortable giving. A portion of funds will go to Girls Rock Campaign Boston and Hilken Mancini, co-founder of Punk Rock Aerobics and owner of 40 South Vintage, a vintage haven in Jamaica Plain.
