Explore a method of practicing to relax the brain and ease tension around the neck, shoulders, and face. Cultivate a state of awareness and quietness in body and mind that helps to release anxiety and tension. If you are prone to headaches, learn how to practice asana to reduce symptoms. All levels welcome, though students should be able to practice Shoulderstand and Halasana.
