Performer Al LePage, presents Dickens' Christmas Carol, as a One-Man, 26 Characters show on Sunday, Dec. 2 at 2PM in the historic Press Room of the Omni Parker House Hotel.
Done like Charles Dickens -- as a dramatic reading performance -- using only voice, facial expressions, and gestures to create all the characters! The show also uses Dickens' very own public reading script and commemorates the historic date of the famed author's first public reading in Boston during his 1867-68 American tour. It takes place at the historic Omni Parker House Hotel, and includes mince tarts and spiced cider. 100% of all proceeds will benefit The Greater Boston Food Bank.
Mature children age 10 and older will best appreciate these dramatic reading performances, originally scripted by Dickens for adult audiences.
