While group yoga classes are a fantastic space to begin one’s yoga journey, learn new skills and be a part of a supportive community, they do not always address the individual physical, mental, and emotional needs of every yoga practitioner. This may be even more true during the isolation and uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Join Ryan Cunningham for a 6-week series designed to support and enhance each participant’s unique and personal practice of yoga. This program is designed to serve as a bridge between group classes and self-practice.
Throughout the series, we will use guided practices and self-led explorations to develop a common vocabulary that students will use as a framework to personalize their practice. This framework will build over the course of the series allowing students to progressively develop the confidence to guide their own practice. In the final week of the series, students will practice independently with feedback from Ryan.
The program includes six 90-minute practice sessions, a practice manual, weekly practice suggestions, and access to individual and group support.
