In addition to Distler’s Totentantz, BCE’s upcoming concert features several gorgeous pieces from the Romantic Era. We will be performing pieces by Brahms and Schubert, showcasing their reflections on the breadth of mortality from sorrow to serenity. The program will be offset by instrumental and narrative interludes as well as the choir's innovative, signature interactions with space, light, projection, and the audience itself.
