Dive into the art of dumpling-making in this hands-on class featuring a variety of fillings, flavors, and cooking techniques.
Chef Thi will show you how to make tender chicken dumplings nestled in a fragrant seasonal vegetable wonton soup, infused with a zesty lemon-turmeric broth.
You’ll master the delicate folding and pan-searing of vegetable and tempeh potstickers, packed with savory, plant-based flavor. Finally, you’ll shape classic shrimp and pork siu mai dumplings and learn techniques that give them their iconic texture and presentation.
Throughout the class, you’ll explore how to balance flavors, textures, and seasonal ingredients, gaining confidence to create beautiful, flavorful dumplings at home.

- Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
- Recipes to take home.
- At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.
