Join us for a romantic, hands-on cooking experience designed for couples, where you’ll create a complete, flavorful meal together. We’ll render bacon to add a crispy bite to Salade Lyonnaise, complete with warm vinaigrette and finish with a silky poached egg. Indulge in steak frites covered in melty Bearnaise butter and end on a sweet note with a luscious Mousse au Chocolat.


This class combines technique, seasonal ingredients, and a shared hands-on experience, making it ideal for couples who want to connect over food, create memorable dishes, and enjoy a beautifully balanced, farm-fresh meal together.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 8 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
