As the sun sets on the summer season, join us for a romantic date night at Powisset farm to reap the last of our late summer harvest. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll make Peach Arugula Salad with Blue Cheese; Ratatouille Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Summer Vegetables; Roasted Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce; and Homemade Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. At the end of the class, you’ll get to enjoy your culinary creations with your fellow students for a shared dining experience in our kitchen.

This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.


Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
