French cuisine needs no introduction. Simple, rich, and with an exquisite attention to detail, French cuisine has no doubt left its mark on almost every cuisine around the world. Come join Chef Evelyn Schichner who will teach you how to prepare a delicious Mixed Vegetable Tart with Goat Cheese, Fish Filet with Creamy Shallots and White Wine Sauce, Green Risotto, and Poached Pear with Chocolate Ganache and Roasted Almonds. We’ll toast with a glass of French wine as we savor our dinner together. Tuition is per pair. Instructor: Evelyn Schichner
