On Monday, October 2, Chef Dante de Magistris and Chef de Cuisine Christopher Jackson invite guests to experience a special four-course menu featuring gluten-free dishes and cider pairings from Le Brun (Brittany), Manoirde Granouet (Normandy), Manoirde Grandouet (Normandy) and Cidrerie Daufresne (Normandy).
This one-of-a-kind dinner with seasonally-inspired dishes is a perfect way to celebrate fall with an evening out on the town. Representatives from each distillery will be on site to discuss pairings and interact with guests throughout the dinner. Tickets are $75 per person (inclusive of tax & gratuity included) and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
