An evening of music, dancing, meditations, sound healing, and the cultivation of a beautiful community with people like you!
Tentative schedule:
15 minute opening introduction, meditation, breathwork exercise and an icebreaker.
1hr silent disco DJ set
10-15 closing sound healing and meditation
Open to all ages, masks are required due to building rules, and there is no right or wrong way to dance, it's all about creating a fun and safe environment to express yourself and meet some cool new people!
