Dance Now Boston, in its sixth season, is choreographer David Parker's initiative to establish a creative bridge between New York and Boston by commissioning Boston choreographers to create work for cabaret spaces as Dance Now NYC does for New Yorkers. This season Parker has invited Chavi Bansal, Alexander Davis, Bill Evans, Paula Josa Jones and Riley Watts to show their work besides a new work by Parker for his Bang Group. Parker has also invited the popular New York-based, comic, feminist, dance/theater ensemble LMnO3 with Deborah Lohse, Cori Marquis and Donnell Oakley whose work was a highlight of last year's festival.
