Dance Freedom Friday--Solstice!

Join us for an evening of Ecstatic Dance and Solstice Celebration with DJ Dave Sheppard! Meet like-minded individuals in this vibrant community of dancers and seekers. Whether you are new in town or looking to expand your social circle, Dance Freedom Friday welcomes you to a night of connection, celebration, and growth.

Move through the space guided by the variety and rhythm of the music, allowing yourself to connect with your body and emotions in a healing and rejuvenating experience. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or new to creative movement, this substance-free event offers a safe and supportive environment for all ages, for self-exploration and transformation through conscious movement.

About Dance Freedom Friday:

Our gatherings are free-style dances for people of all ages who love to dance, safe and substance-free spaces where all ages are welcome and you can wear what is comfortable and fun to move in.  If your previous experience dancing has been mainly in night clubs, our dances might feel like swimming in the ocean after having swum only in swimming pools--finally you have space and support for creativity, natural movement, freedom!
