LIT2LIFT is a hybrid cardio/strength endurance workout. It is designed to optimize your results by utilizing techniques that combines high-intensity intervals (Tabata and HIIT) with strength and conditioning styles of training that will address all major muscle groups in your body. This class will increase your stamina and endurance while also increasing your strength.
This class is FREE and designed for all levels.
