Charlestown Bootcamp – Founder & Coach, Tim Khanoyan, will lead you through a total-body workout using various equipment in a circuit training fashion.
Expect to sweat, and smile!
Classes may include kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, etc. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.
This class is FREE and designed for all levels. Bringing your own yoga mat or towel for exercises performed on the floor is advised.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6 PM and Saturday at 10 AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
