Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding research with the highest probability of preventing, slowing, or reversing Alzheimer’s disease, will host its Eighth Annual Scientific Symposium on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 5:30pm at the Joseph B. Martin Center at Harvard Medical School.
Alzheimer’s advocates, caretakers, families, and fellow researchers are encouraged to attend to hear from a panel of distinguished researchers who will participate in a discussion under the theme, “The Case for Hope: Progress with the Research of Alzheimer’s.”
The event will be moderated by NPR's Jon Hamilton and will feature a panel discussion from some of the most distinguished researchers studying Alzheimer’s disease, including Ronald Petersen, M.D., Ph.D., Mayo Clinic; Robert Vassar, Ph.D., Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine; and Teresa Gomez-Isla, M.D., Massachusetts General Hospital.
