Then join the Culinary Guild of New England at its annual Opening Meeting featuring a conversation with Svenfish Founder Sven Olson, who will share how he built his seafood business from a local delivery service featuring the freshest fish right out of New Bedford and Fairhaven to nationwide delivery.


Enjoy seafood samples from Svenfish's kitchen and farm-to-table hors d'oeuvres from Verrill Farm at a reception from 6:30-7:30 PM, a talk by Olson at 7:30, followed by desserts and a drawing for culinary-themed prizes made by the group's talented members.
