Creative Unblocking for Creative Joy will span three sessions, with a roughly even mix of art making and personal and group reflection (meditation, journaling, group discussion) each session.

No ‘art skills’ required, this is a great workshop for all levels of art experience. Each session features a different aspect of coming to a place of ease and joy in your creative journey, addressing the fear of making bad art, returning to a feeling of play, and exploring distributing the creative load across a community.
