What most people want in a relationship is the experience of fully being themselves with another person - whether its a love relationship, friends, your children, parents, or co-workers. This workshop is designed to have transformation be easy, offering the reliable tools to expand your relationships back into harmony and flow. In this class, we will learn how to speak authentically and listen consciously, replacing conflict with harmony. Techniues include using breath and movement techniques for problem resolution.
