Let’s find out about this secret of cooking with wine in this online class. You’ll learn how to make goat cheese crostini with red wine balsamic glaze, classic coq au vin with creamy potato puree, pan seared fish with lemon white wine caper sauce and sauteed zucchini strips, and white wine poached pears with winter spices.
