Cuciniamo! Join us in The KITCHEN at The Boston Public Market for a very special cooking class this winter - Cooking in Italiano. This combination cooking class + Italian language class is a fun new twist on our hands-on culinary programs! Upon arrival, you will enjoy a fresh, traditional antipasto prepared by Chef Juli before participating in Italian language activities with John, Director of The Italian Program.
Next, you'll work in teams to cook the main course, including fresh pasta entirely from scratch! At the end of class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the entree (prepared by you!) and dessert, prepared by Chef Juli. Guests will also enjoy a wine tasting throughout class!
Sunday, February 16 from 1-3PM - Intermediate/ Advanced Level (taught in English and Italian)
Antipasto: Fried Sicilian Panelle with kale pesto (Sicilian chickpea fritter, made ahead for guests to enjoy upon arrival)
Primo (guests will cook together): Rosemary tagliatelle with buttery mushroom and herb sauce.
Pasta will be homemade from scratch by guests!
Dolce: Tiramisu (prepared by Chef Juli)
