Cooking for New Mother's Wellness: An Ayurvedic-Inspired Workshop
Join Namita, for a nourishing and down-to- earth cooking workshop rooted in ancient Ayurvedic principles. Explore the power of food in supporting pregnancy and recovery. This hands-on session will focus on reconnecting with food as medicine, introduce simple ways to prepare delicious meals, and embrace a more mindful approach to cooking and eating. All participants will take home a nourishing soup prepared during this program.
Namita Kiran-Thuene, a Boston Public School educator with a background in Business Management and a Master's in Education. With a deep belief that true health begins in the kitchen, Namita brings both heart and wisdom to her teaching. Namita has also been sharing her love of cooking through her town’s public library, where she teaches with warmth and a sense of connection.
