This fall, the award-winning culinary team behind Pantry, the signature restaurant located at The VERVE Hotel, and the property's Violet Thorn Lounge, will be hosting a variety of cooking classes in partnership with Duck Soup in Sudbury, Mass.


Sweet and Sour. Gain knowledge on how to balance these while learning how to make a fun retro treat that really pops! Chef Kevin of The Verve in Natick will teach you how to make your own lemon curd and then how to incorporate it into a dessert!
