Chef Joel will dazzle you with his unique take on decorating cookies with royal icing. This class will teach essentials from cookie dough selection to baking secrets and even techniques for keeping cookies fresh in storage. Chef Joel will then teach guests how to execute these magical techniques at home and ensure the next batch of cookies at your house are the best yet. Guests will be sent home with freshly baked and professionally decorated cookies created by the Encore Boston Harbor pastry team.
