The human spine is remarkable. It bends this way and that and is our true core, from which all movement emerges. Too often we only notice the spine when it is unhappy. In this practice we will celebrate our serpentine center. Combining exploratory movement and asana we will navigate the spine’s versatility and strength. We’ll wake it up!
