Nem Kitchen (Insta @NemKitchenLab) is popping up at Somerville’s award-winning restaurant Celeste for a night of delicious Vietnamese bites, bowls and heart stories.
Headed by Vinh Le, a Vietnam-born and raised rebel architect turned chef, we @NemKitchenLab work hard to bring the bursting flavors and energy of Viet food to the greater Boston area, our current home. We're a small team of 4; we source local and we exist for and because of our local communities. Come join and learn more about our journey this Aug 11.
