Being the daughter of a Rabbi, Rachel has always dreamed of making her father proud by becoming a Rebbetzen (a Rabbi's wife). When she falls in love with her best friend, Sarah, whilst engaged to the perfect match, she’s torn between the demands of her Orthodox Jewish upbringing and her heart.
Emily Rose is an English singer-songwriter, comedienne and musical-theatre writer. As well as gigging up and down the UK, she has an MA in composition from Bristol University, has been commissioned by the London Jewish Male Choir and will go into her second year on the Book, Music, Lyrics workshop in London after returning from the US tour.
Confessions has enjoyed performances in the UK at the York New Musical Festival, Edinburgh Fringe 2013, and The Marlborough Theatre Brighton and will perform at Accidental Festival 2014.
